what to expect

I am proud to offer a broad range of services across just about every need you may have for your family over time. Each session is customized based on the guides outlined below - on your schedule, within your budget, and with the comfort and peace of mind that comes from working with the same photographer time and time again.

BEFORE the session

You'll share your goals for the session, the who, what, where, why, and when if you know them, via the 'CONNECT' page/form on my site and I'll reach out quickly. Once we firm up the details, I'll send a short online agreement to make it official. The week before your session, I will touch base to confirm, adjust anything if necessary, and collect payment. Then we're ready to go!

DURING the session

We'll meet at the agreed upon location and I'll take the lead from there! I'll give everyone some easy instructions and guide you throughout our time together. While I'll have a general plan, the session is fluid so if you have ideas, I love to hear them!

AFTER the session

I like to offer a sneak peek of a few images within the first day or two - a little peace of mind that everything turned out great and something to hold you over while I finish your gallery! I typically deliver your finished gallery within two weeks of your session, although timing may vary during especially busy seasons. You'll receive an email when your gallery is ready with instructions on how to view, download, share, and order prints.

Because each session is tailored to your needs, details will vary. The specifics we agree to during the planning phase will be outlined in your agreement ahead of your final commitment. The Details

Mini SessionsMini sessions work differently than traditional and extended sessions. The date(s), time slots, and location will be pre-determined by the photographer, and typically they're centered around a theme or season. For example, the mini sessions I'm setting up now include an add-on senior session in a fall setting and a quick family or kids-only session at a Christmas tree farm. Other details may vary by event and will be outlined in the promotional materials, but here is a general guideline:One location | 20 minutes | Back-to-back bookings (arriving on time is key!) | 10 high-resolution digital images for download | More images may be available to purchase | Up to 5 people | Complementary or discounted print(s) | Priority signup for those on the email list
